At BLACKBOX we endeavor to please. The last thing you want is a ring that does not fit! That’s why we have designed a ring sizer to help you choose the right ring size. (Please click on the link to download the ring sizer pdf.) However, if you find that the ring you have purchased does not fit we will happily exchange the ring and send you another size.
Here’s how it works
Simply repackage your ring in the original free gift box, place in a postage safe box or lined envelope with a copy of the original paid invoice along with a $10 money order or bank cheque (payable to BLACKBOX). This small fee covers handling & return freight costs for the replacement ring. Please ensure that the ring you are returning is in new condition - any rings found to be damaged or tampered with will not be exchanged and will only be sent back at the cost of the consumer.
