Return and Exchange Policy
- The Blackbox return policy is only for items that are faulty or whereby an incorrect ring size has mistakenly been ordered (Right Fit Guarantee). We do not offer return or exchange for change of mind.
- If you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately, to discuss our return policy. Please note, approval must first be received before any items are returned. Additionally, we cannot accept the return of items that have been damaged by the user.
- Blackbox cannot refund any items bought through Blackbox Stockists.
- Blackbox will not refund or exchange any item that is not returned new and unused.
Australia
The following refund and exchange conditions apply for goods purchased within Australia
- All items must be unused with all merchandise tags attached.
- You must contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery if the item is faulty.
- If you have a faulty item click here to send us an email and we will have a pre-addressed Express Post satchel mailed to you.
- When you receive the satchel, put the faulty item inside and drop it off at any Australia Post.
- The new item will be resent at no additional postage charge.
International
The following refund and exchange conditions apply for goods purchased outside of Australia
- If you have a faulty item send us an email first.
- Items returned from outside of Australia should be sent registered air mail and must be marked 'return of goods'. The return postage charges must be paid by you. In the case of an exchange the new item will be delivered free of additional charge.
Conditions of Sale
All product images on the website depict the actual items as accurately as possible, however, the appearance of products’ colours and finishes can vary depending on the computer monitor on which they are viewed. All promotions involving special items and prices are valid until the date specified or until that item has sold out (whichever happens first).
Purchasing Details
To purchase an item, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon. The shopping cart will contain information regarding the item selected, e.g. colour, size and price (Australian dollars including GST of 10%). The item price does not include shipping costs and any customs and duties charges that may be incurred for overseas deliveries. Blackbox is not responsible for these fees and charges.
- Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Paypal).
- Complete your personal details on the form.
- You will receive a summary of the items and price - to confirm the order click the 'Accept' button.
- Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order number. If you have any queries regarding your order at any stage please provide this number when you contact us at Blackbox.
- An email message will be sent to you confirming your purchase.
Delivery - Shipping and Handling Rates
Australia
Deliveries are made by either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post and will arrive within 3 - 7 working days from the date of your order (for in-stock items only). Delivery costs are $10 per item within Australia. Please be sure to indicate your daytime delivery address.
International
International deliveries are made by courier (TNT or EMS International) and will arrive within 5 - 15 days of the date of your order (for in-stock items only). Delivery costs are $30 per item to any overseas destination. For all international deliveries the receiver is responsible for all custom fees, duties and taxes that may be levied once the package reaches the destination country. Blackbox cannot predict what additional duties and taxes may be incurred for the package to clear customs. For more information regarding the destination country's custom policies contact your local customs office.

You may submit your credit card details in one of the following ways:
- online through our online secure website
- by telephone (just email us and we will call you to get your credit card details)
Internet Security Technology
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates, such as the one used on this website, encrypt all data sent to and from the web site. This information is scrambled and hence unintelligible if intercepted.
This SSL technology is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet and when you reach the final payment stage, your connection will change to the secure https channel.
How to check your Browser's Security
If you elect to submit your credit card details online, you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://. This means that you are in secure mode.
Similarly, you will notice your browser's security icon (located at the bottom right hand corner of your browser window) change to either a locked padlock or solid gold key (depending on your browser make and version). You may even - depending on your chosen preferences - receive a prompt informing you that you are visiting a secure page. This is your assurance that your browser and our server are communicating securely.
